Your SAINT LLOYD product comes with a 2-year warranty covering material defects and production faults from your date of purchase. The prerequisite is that you, as the consumer, have purchased the product at a SAINT LLOYD-owned sales outlet or at the SAINT LLOYD Online Shop.
Please note that SAINT LLOYD product purchased from an authorised sales outlet can also be returned there providing the items are returned with the receipt.
We will repair your SAINT LLOYD product within this two-year warranty period following the date of purchase free of charge. If a repair is not possible or the repair deemed too expensive, we will exchange the product of equal value free of charge. The warranty lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party repairs and careless handling and the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, wear parts such as leather straps and satin ribbons, abuse or if the product is damaged, for example during an accident.
This guarantee does not replace or limit legal warranties in accordance with the valid laws of the respective country.

For your own security, we would like to point out that defective products should be returned to us by registered mail or as a parcel with return receipt. We are unable to assume liability for damage, loss or theft during transport.
